Steven has over 30 years’ experience in legal practice having started his career in 1990.
In his time he has dealt with all types of residential transactions including the usual Freehold and Leasehold matters as well as new builds, shared ownerships, remortgages, transfers of equity and help to buy.
Steven specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, having dealt with pretty much every type of residential conveyancing transaction over his lengthy career in Kent, including 5 years working on the Isle of Sheppey with what was originally Peter Clough & Co in Minster.
With his vast experience, it enables him to deal with all conveyancing matters in a professional yet personable manner.
