Ahead of the new requirements to wear face covering, we have made provisions to ensure that the safety of all visitors and staff can be maintained whilst still providing our services.
As from 15th July 2020, we have asked all visitors to wear face covering when attending our office. Staff members who greet, provides assistance or advice will also wear face masks. We encourage the use of hand sanitiser and offer gloves as an additional option, all of which are supplied at our PPE station at the entrance. If for some reason a visitor cannot wear a mask because, for example, they have a health condition that is exacerbated by the use of a mask; they need only inform us, we will still be happy to assist and will employ social distancing of 2 metres.
We offer home visits for consultations and execution of documents, all done at a distance, with appropriate PPE and precautions taken.
