All Tassells staff have now received Dementia Awareness training from Peter Marsh, an expert working for Kent County Council, and have become ‘Dementia Friends’. The training was enlightening and highly relevant to everyone, given the aging population and the increasing incidence of the condition.  The emphasis is on a constructive and positive approach to dealing with anyone faced with dementia themselves, or amongst their family and friends.  We encourage all businesses and service providers to undertake this training, www.dementiafriends.org.uk.
