We are continuing to adapt to find ways to deliver legal services to Clients during the Covid 19 crisis.

We believe that finding access to legal advice, and assisting Clients to fulfill their legal obligations are essential services.

Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

In ‘normal times’ we would always prefer to meet our Clients and talk to them face to face, however it is entirely possible in almost every case for us to obtain the information we need to prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney by telephone or over the internet, and in writing.   It is vitally important that documents are properly executed, we can advise you about this and any special arrangements which may be necessary.

Please contact us to discuss how we can help.

Court of Protection

In some cases where there is no suitable Power of Attorney in place, it is necessary to apply for a Deputyship Order from the Court of Protection to protect a person who lacks capacity and is vulnerable.

Again, we should be able to obtain the necessary information remotely from Clients.
