Ann is a Resolutions Accredited Specialist in financial separation arising out of divorce and in matters involving children and is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation scheme. She and her partner Susan Anderson are committed to finding practical solutions for individuals undergoing the trauma of family breakdown. Ann is also a member of the East Kent Collaborative Law group and is a trained collaborative law practitioner.
Private client specialistAnn is also a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner and full member of STEP and heads the private client department. She is assisted by the civil litigation department in matters of contentious probate and challenges to Wills. All members of the Private Client department are thorough and attentive in their support of our clients.
In October 2009 Ann accepted a challenge by a local charity, Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, to join in a gruelling cycle ride through Jordan. Not content, the same charity has issued another challenge, this time to ride 250 miles through hills and villages in Rajasthan.
