House (and flat) Sales and Purchases
We carry out all manner of residential property sales and purchases. We deal with transfers by way of gift or on separation of cohabiting couples. We can draw up deeds of trust that will govern the shares of the property between individuals.
We would be very pleased to provide you with a quote for fees and other expenses for the transaction you have in mind. We will need to know:
- the price of the property involved; and
- whether it is freehold or leasehold.
We can provide an estimate by e-mail, or by telephone if you call and ask to speak to anyone in the conveyancing department.
