The firm advises on the management both of land and pecuniary estates through trusts that can be established in life or follow through probate. We advise on tax liabilities and the best way to protect the value of the property. Appropriate will drafting and property transfers between family members can often be beneficial in ‘tax planning’, and we are happy to assist in this regard

We advise in all types of disputes, negotiating and taking or defending court actions where appropriate.

We have within the firm a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and a qualified doctor.

We have extensive experience in advising elderly clients and their families, including in disputes involving residential care funding.
