Ian Wessels MA PGCE

Ian Wessels has been at Tassells and in Faversham since 2002, but he has lived in the area since he was a student at the University of Kent. He was previously a teacher and was a head of History and Politics in a London school.

He retains an abiding fascination with history and is writing a book in his spare time on 19th British polar exploration. Ian has an MA in Medieval Archaeology and has a particular interest in Medieval Art, Architecture and old languages.

Ian paints watercolours and has sold many of his paintings. He also enjoys classical music, singing, astronomy and eating good food.

He advises on the drafting of wills, managing estates, probate and trusts. He is particularly keen to help elderly clients and their families and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
